The flowcharts
- give an overall picture of the company's processes and process relations,
- clearly define the required action and the responsibility for the decisions among the staff,
- facilitate the communication among the departments, and among the staff, making more efficient the company’s work,
- serve as a guide on how to carry out the work process, make the departments “self-propelling” and the control easier,
- provide an opportunity to rethink the processes and improve the efficiency in an objective way,
- greatly reduce the human resource replacement cost, because the precisely defined process steps remarkably reduce the integration period of the new employees.
- We prepare a preliminary survey list of processes.
- We determine the processes and prepare the appropriate document catalogue in accordance with the ISO requirements.
- During the implementation period, we carry out the fine-tuning of the processes together with the client, and we train an elected staff member to carry out with internal resources the further modifications if necessary.
- On the basis of the processes, we prepare the job descriptions.
- When closing the project, we present further suggestions concerning the organization, on the basis of our consultant’s experiences during cooperation.
