Client
  • Provides information about the Company and the problems,
  • Sets the objectives,
  • Ensures the necessary resources,
  • Empowers the Interim Manager to take all necessary decisions to reach the goals set.
Interim Manager
  • Takes operational responsibility for the company, unit or the project,
  • Prepares and carries out the work plan (designed to achieve these goals),
  • Makes full use of his own experience and knowledge to make a success of the project,
  • Ensures continuity by supporting the person who will take over from him permanently.
Project Manager of Interim Ltd
  • Helps the client to define the task and identify the objectives,
  • Proposes the most suitable Interim Managers and sets the conditions necessary for success,
  • Helps the Interim Manager by providing him with all the experience and know-how Interim Ltd. has accumulated,
  • Monitors the whole project regularly, consulting the client and coaching the Interim Manager.
