When implementing our project management system, we provide continuous and active co-operation between the Client, the Interim Manager and the Interim.hu Ltd. Project Manager in order to be efficient and eliminate the risk of mistakes. |

Mr. István Fekete Senior consultant (M.Sc. in Economics) has a great deal of experience in foreign trade and international business. In 1989, he founded the Hungarian subsidiary of Henkel, which he was the head of for 12 years, first as General Manager, than as Chairman of the Board and CEO. Henkel Hungary is a company that does business over a complete range of activities (from production through marketing to sales) and has grown constantly since then, winning the Best Performing Company Award 6 times. Since 2003 he has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He was given the Hungarian Manager of the Year Award in 2002. István Fekete is a member and office-holder of many business organisations such as the Investors' Council. In 2006, he was elected to president of the Joint Venture Association. |

Mr. László Steiner Senior consultant (M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering) has great experience in company start-ups on greenfield sites in Hungary and Central and Eastern Europe and in managing fast growth in the automotive sector, having been CEO of United Technologies Automotive Hungary between 1991and 1999. He has a proven track record in mergers (Lear Corporation & UTA 1999-2001), in business development outside Hungary (Director of CE Operations of Lear, 1999-2001) as well as in a turn-around project (Rába Rt 2001-2003). |

Mr. Péter Lengyel Senior consultant (M.Sc. in Economics) has gained primarily Treasury and later financing experience at different banks of the Hungarian banking system. Longest period he spent at the executive management of Budapest Bank (even following its acquisition by GE Capital). For two jobs he sat at the other side of the table as Treasurer of MOL, the Hungarian Oil and Gas Co. and as CFO of Rába Automotive Holding. At all his jobs he was champion of process rationalisations. Big size, successful and in many cases pioneering in Hungary financing and capital markets transactions are connected to his name. He was member of the board at numerous companies, and chairman of a bank. For seven years he was member of the board and Treasurer of Hungarian Forex Association. |

Jolan Babarczi senior consultant As business leader at multinational companies she gained experience in strategy development of start-up companies (Rapp Collins, Digitania Ltd.), in internal audit and change management after aquisition and merge, and in local company integration into a global corporate network (HRG Hungary). Beside the ususal management tasks she always focused on innovative solutions and continuous service development. András Südi Vezető tanácsadó Szakmai pályáját tanácsadóként kezdte, de gyorsan megértette, hogy jó tanácsadó, csak vállalatokban megszerzett sokéves tapasztalat birtokában lehet. József Váradi Consultant 34 years middle and upper management experioence in Hungary, Germanym USA and France in executive, business development, R&D, sales and marketing positions including 5 years hand on experience in interim management. Spent 22 years with Taurus (today Michelin), the Hungarian tyre and rubber company, last as VP business development, earlier in tyre development, chief engineer of a production plant, 9 years as MD of the sales subsidiary in the USA. After the acquisition of Taurus by Michelin and the Phoenix AG (today Continental) he became BU manager and MD of two subsidiaries of the north German company Phoenix in Hamburg and in France, after returning to Hungary MD of Contitech Hungaria. Main interim management projects included MD of Freudenberg Simmeringe, a production subsidiary of the large German automotive supplier, as well as joint management of two IAM automotive spare part distributors Láng and Car-Go as MD. Dr. Máthé Ákosné, Márta
Senior consultant, coach (Dipl. economist, in Foreign trade dept.) began her professional business career in foreign trade company for pharmaceutical products, than continued in financial banks sphere as HR director, and member of BoD responsible for organizing, leading, managing HR activities at Westdeutsche Landesbank and Erste bank in Hungary. Her professional work became success in multinational matrix organization where she managed HR strategy, organizational development, personal development, and introduction HR systems: e.g..HR budgeting, Competency based Performance management systems, job profiles, and descriptions, incentives, hiring, recruiting, selections, internal communication, ISO and SoX procedures. She has experiences in change management, development and working out new organizational structure, workflows or managing outsourcing, SLA. In the last 10 years she worked as HR director of TEVA Hungary and member of global and European HR projects- teams of TEVA transnational pharmaceutical industry and trading Group. E.g. MBO (Management by Objectives) system to develop and implement, Oracle HRMS (Human Resources Management System) and Talent management systems are implemented.
