Management, employees, interim managers either intended or involve in the cooperation with the Interim Ltd. are guided by the following ethical principles, which reflect fundamental values of the interim management profession and comply with the ethical principles recommended by the Hungarian Interim Managers Association. Interim Ltd. aspires to select its business partner upon these principles.
PROFESSIONALISM
Conduct their activities in a manner that reflects favourably on the profession. A member shall not, through action or inaction, do anything which could bring disrepute on the Profession.
INTEGRITY
Conduct their business activities with integrity and avoid conduct that is deceptive or misleading
COMPETENCE
Perform all interim management assignments competently, and with an appropriate degree of knowledge, thoroughness and urgency.
OBJECTIVITY
Exercise objective and impartial judgment in each interim management assignment, giving due consideration to all relevant facts.
ACCURACY
Strive to be accurate in all communications with clients and other parties and encourage them to exchange relevant and accurate information.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
Avoid, or resolve through disclosure and waiver, conflicts of interest, including existing or completed assignments with direct competitors.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND TRUSTWORTHINESS
Fully respect confidential information entrusted to them by clients.
LOYALTY
Serve their clients loyally and protect client interests when performing assignments, regardless of differing economic interest of the several parties involved in an assignment.
PREPARATION FOR SUCCESSION
Actively prepare for the permanent succession/hand over by the end of the interim management contract.
